Yoga

Whether you're an experienced practitioner or new to the mat, take advantage of our daily yoga class. Our visiting teachers come from a variety of yoga disciplines and teach classes that are accessible to all students.

Yoga starts at 12:15 in the gym. Most classes are an hour, although some are up to an hour and a half. Many instructors also offer private yoga classes for an additional fee.

The gym is available for groups and workshops.

Pool Exercise

Exercising in our warm mineral springs hardly feels like exercise. Use noodles and barbells for resistance as our visiting teachers lead you through a range of energizing, low-impact moves.

Pool exercise is held in late afternoon and lasts for one hour. Times will be posted on the chalkboard near the dining room.

Feature Classes

Though not part of the daily routine, several times a year we add other classes to our schedule, including stretch and Pilates. Please check the schedule below to see when these additional classes will be offered.
