THANKS for a wonderful experience at Rio Caliente! Finding it was a stroke of VERY good fortune!!....
But truly, I had no idea what a wonderful and restful time I was in for. From the mountain walks in the morning with Luis, to communal dining with the other terrific guests, to reading next to the thermal pools, to the delicious spa treatments, to the talks at night, I felt like I had spent 4 glorious, too-short days in paradise.
I am going to find my way back every year - and always for a week.

My room always looked pretty – very clean and the linens fresh. The grounds and pools so beautifully manicured. Cheerful service and generous help in the office. Courtesy and friendliness everywhere I turned. The cats, dogs and horses added a very special touch. The food was delicious. My stay was truly an immersion into tranquility for both body and soul.
