Every bedroom at Rio Caliente is a private retreat. Guests stay in handsome cottages that are a charming mix of handmade ceramic tiles, hand-crafted furniture and pretty woven fabrics, with their own fireplace and private tiled bathroom with shower and often with a tub as well. Laundry and pressing services are available. Guests can choose from single, double or triple bedrooms depending on their inclination or the size of their budget.

The PATIO area
is at the top of the hill, close to the dining room, our offices and the Palapa, our informal meeting center. Each room in the patio area is different from all the rest with a friendly "Old Mexico" feel. Patio guests also enjoy one of our newest amenities - a luxurious eight person whirlpool and hot tub.

The POOL area
is at the bottom of the hill, near the Rio Caliente (hot river) itself. It's also close to our two heated lap pools, our two private (his and hers) plunge pools, the Aztec steam room and our massage, beauty and health complex. Rooms here have sun decks and views of the river, which is particularly beautiful in the early morning when the steam rises.
